The Organizing Committee MEF23 members, having a good knowledge of the event management plan, are well placed to provide event context and topic of MEF22, proposals for speaker and moderators, supervision and assistance to other personnel involved in the organization of the event. This well-structured body is represented by the main organizers of the MEF such as the Government of North Macedonia, The EU Delegation to Skopje and ZIP Institute, while it also includes also energy experts and technical staff of the MEF Energy Forum.
