Pavlova is currently the Vice-President of the European Investment Bank working on topics such as joint support for sustainable investment in city areas. Pavlova previously served as Minister of Regional Development and Public Works in Bulgaria, a Member of Parliament in the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria, Minister of Regional Development and Public Works for the Republic of Bulgaria’s Council of Ministers, and Minister for the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of EU. Pavlova holds a Master of Science degree in Public Administration and European Integration, and a PhD in Economics, Financial Management and Control of EU Funding.
